I’ll work with you before the event to understand the people, the personalities, the running order and the moments that matter. On the day, I’ll keep an eye on timing, coordinate with your venue and suppliers, guide speakers and guests, and adapt when things don’t go quite according to plan.
Because they rarely do. And that’s completely fine.
